Our Story

Where a young professional with a knack for business management and Japanese language from Toyo University in Tokyo, a seasoned chef with accolades from Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide, and a savvy female business owner of a renowned catering company in Amsterdam come together to create culinary magic. But here's the twist—our origins aren't just earthly; we hail from Kepler 442-B, with a penchant for infusing Japanese influences into our tantalizing flavors.

 

Amidst the chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, Tim, once a student in Tokyo, had a lightbulb moment: closed UFO-shaped buns bursting with irresistible fillings. Thus, the Oishii Bun was born, swiftly becoming a social media sensation and igniting plans for intergalactic expansion.

Our commitment to sustainability shines through in every bite, as we proudly incorporate responsibly sourced meat and fish produce into our creations.
